The first two variations, which are really the same variation, show the bSd2 moving and allowing the future pin of the bQ, which White then exploits in the mate. In the third variation it is the bSd2 which remains pinned and exploited in the mate. The problem shows an anticipatory half-pin. The original version of this problem can be seen as PID 39452 in my Meson database.
